- Segment #1 - Technical Training: Group training sessions are one-hour and fifteen minutes. Each session is divided into two distinct segments. During the first segment, our professional coaching staff focuses on individual technical skills. Club members will learn to control the ball at their feet; mastering their first-touch on the ball, working on ball manipulation, ball management and speed of play. Players will develop proper technique with trapping, quick-touch passing, cutting, turning, shooting, crossing, and finishing. 949 Club members will progressively develop their individual skills at each training session.
- Segment #2 - Tactical Training: During our second segment of training, our professional coaches will divide the group into teams and organize futsal practice games. Our coaches will continue providing technical training with added tactical instructions, helping players make quick decisions, coaching offensive and defensive positioning. Club members will learn proper ways of passing and connecting with teammates, developing on and off the ball movement, learning about team communication and tactical futsal strategies. Practice games will provide players with the opportunity to put their newly acquired technical skills to the test. Players will be encouraged to experiment with the ball and explore their creative abilities in these competitive game situation.
- Training Overview: At the end of each session, our players will have developed a better understanding of the game, improving their ball skills, and increasing their futsal and soccer IQ. As an added benefit, 949 Futsal Training seamlessly translates to the outdoor soccer field, enhancing the players confidence and skills for both their Futsal Game and their Outdoor Club or AYSO Soccer Game.
